HPL Aviation GmbH is situated in Norderstedt near the aviation centre Hamburg in the immediate vicinity of Hamburg airport. The company focus lies on the manufacture of long lasting luminescent emergency floor path marking systems for passenger aeroplanes and helicopters, which are distributed by our client to the aviation industry throughout the world, as well as the system production and module assembly according to drawings and customer specifications.
Production
The manufacture of these high precision aircraft components requires special procedures and production techniques, including the use of laser and plasma technology and specialized surface finishing, amongst others 3-D printing technology. The machines, which have been developed and produced in close cooperation with universities and research institutes, as well as the performance of highly qualified and motivated employees guarantee a consistent high product quality and reliability.
Our Product
The long lasting luminescent emergency floor path marking systems with a photoluminescent carrier substance which have been developed in cooperation with our client do not require any other energy but the one previously received by the ambient light in order to guide the way to the emergency exits in case of an emergency.
